What is an Expert Witness

An expert witness is an individual who by virtue of education, training, skill or experience is believed to have expertise and specialised knowledge in a particular subject area, such as surveying, that others may officially and legally rely upon.

How does it work

Murphy Surveys will examine the nature of the subject area, will provide practical and impartial advice and will produce high quality and expert reports, maps and drawings in relation to any request for legal information/documentation. Our experience also allows us to successfully act as an expert witness on behalf of a client on a particular subject in a court of law.
